This Privacy Policy is published by Via Simplex Technologies Pvt. Ltd.("we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated under the laws of India. Track My Tour is a SaaS product developed and operated by Via Simplex Technologies Pvt. Ltd. The Track My Tour product includes the following applications and platform:

• Track My Tour — the web-based tour and fleet management platform at trackmytour.in
• TMT Connect — the mobile app for drivers to receive duty assignments and share live GPS location
• TMT Admin — the mobile app for business owners and operations managers to manage tours, bookings, and fleet on the go

Collectively, these are referred to as the "Service". This Privacy Policy explains how Via Simplex Technologies Pvt. Ltd. collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you use any part of the Track My Tour Service. By using the Service you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

Personal Information

We may collect the following personal information when you register for or use our Service:

• Name, email address, phone number, and business details
• Billing information including GST Identification Number (GSTIN) and PAN
• Login credentials and account preferences
• Driver details including licence information and contact details

Usage & Device Data

• IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers
• Pages visited, features used, and interaction patterns
• Log data and analytics information

Location Data (TMT Connect)

The TMT Connectapp collects precise GPS location data from drivers' devices to enable real-time tracking. Location data is collected:

• In the foreground — when the TMT Connect app is open and a duty is active
• In the background — when a duty is marked as started, so that the operator can monitor the vehicle even if the app is minimised. This is core to the live tracking functionality of the Service.

Background location access is requested only after explicit driver consent and is used solely for providing the tracking Service to the tour operator. Location data is not collected when no duty is active.

App Permissions

Our mobile apps may request the following device permissions:

• Location (Foreground & Background) — TMT Connect: Required for live GPS duty tracking
• Camera — TMT Connect & TMT Admin: Used to scan QR codes or capture document images
• Storage / Media — TMT Connect & TMT Admin: Used to upload documents, duty slips, or profile photos
• Notifications: Used to send duty assignments, booking alerts, and operational updates

You may revoke any permission at any time through your device settings.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Track My Tour, TMT Connect, and TMT Admin applications
• Process bookings, invoices, and payments
• Enable real-time GPS tracking and route optimisation
• Send transactional notifications (booking confirmations, duty slips, invoices)
• Provide customer support and respond to enquiries
• Generate analytics and reports for your business operations
• Comply with legal obligations including GST and tax regulations
• Detect and prevent fraud or unauthorised access

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data with:

• Service Providers: Third-party vendors who assist with hosting, analytics, payment processing, and communication (e.g., cloud infrastructure, SMS/email providers)

Location data collected through TMT Connect is shared only with the tour operator or business account that the driver is associated with. It is not shared with any other third party.

Our Service may integrate with third-party services such as mapping providers (e.g., Google Maps), payment gateways, and analytics platforms. These services have their own privacy policies and we encourage you to review them. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest, access controls, and regular security audits. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We also retain data as necessary to comply with legal obligations (including GST record-keeping requirements), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the details in Section 11 below.
